ENGINEERMENT is e commerce web store that was crated through freelence competiton. This platform was designed to combines exceptional functionality with aesthetically pleasing interfaces to provide customers not only with high-quality products but also a pleasant shopping experience.

RESEARCH
Problem
How can we offer fast, reliable, and professional guidance to customers in our web-based supplement store in a personalized and reassuring way? Key user needs to include easy access to relevant product information, such as ingredients, dosage, and effects, as well as an intuitive, enjoyable experience for navigation and purchasing. Customer feedback and reviews are crucial for building trust, so providing easy access to this information is important. Additionally, excellent customer support through channels like chat and email is essential for fostering trust and meeting customer needs.
Product goals
Due to the abundance of similar websites, I focused on the UI to be as clear as possible for users purchasing supplements, and also adapted the UX for better communication between users and the application and possibility to connect with expert on chat option, i.e., the web store. The ability to save certain products for later review, i.e., purchase history.

User Persona & Journey
I created user journeys to help me empathise with potential users.
Insight
Through user research, I identified key pain points in the supplement shopping experience, including the need for quick product discovery and access to relevant information. I created personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions and improve the experience. To address the challenge of expert availability, I developed a live chat solution that gives users quick access to advice, simplifying the interaction. This approach enhances the user experience, building trust and enabling informed purchasing decisions.
IDEATE
Users often lack detailed information on the supplement e-commerce platform but want comprehensive, tailored content. To solve this, I introduced an 'Experts' section for real-time engagement via chat or email, available to logged-in users.
The interface allows quick navigation through a search function, reducing the time spent on research. Key sections like Products, Our Story, and Blog are streamlined to prevent overload, making it easier for users to find the right products
By refining the interface and simplifying information, we offer an efficient overview, improving user understanding and decision-making. Expert insights build trust, and the design focuses on simplicity, clear product displays, and easy access to purchase history, enriching the overall shopping experience.
